I’M Kanasha Blue
Since I was a little girl, I have lived by two mantras. The first is the golden rule, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. The second, in the words of Arleen Lorrance (1974) is, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
To me these mantras are not just words on a page but a way of life, a life that is centered around social responsibility, the pursuit of justice and public service.
